ERP: Salesforce, Oracle & ServiceNow

Salesforce, Oracle, and ServiceNow that hold under real work.

Performance and quality engineering for Salesforce, Oracle, and ServiceNow: the transactions, integrations, and releases your business cannot pause.

Salesforce, Oracle, and ServiceNow sit under revenue, finance, HR, and support. A slow quote-to-cash flow, a Fusion close that misses its window, or a ServiceNow change that stalls the service desk is a business problem, not a tooling one.

We test these platforms the way the business uses them: the process, the integration, and the load. Scripting and the first pass of analysis are automated. Engineers decide what the numbers mean and what ships.

Tools we use

What we ensure

  • Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud under concurrent users, including integrations and bulk data loads
  • Oracle E-Business Suite and Fusion Cloud: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and period close
  • ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD, including integrations and mid-server load
  • Release regression so a platform upgrade does not quietly slow a core process
  • API and integration testing across REST and SOAP boundaries between these systems

What we test

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Oracle E-Business Suite and Fusion Cloud
  • ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD
  • The integrations between them: middleware, APIs, and batch

How we work

  1. 01

    Name the process

Pick the journeys that carry revenue or a close: quote-to-cash, a service case, a period close, a change request. Agree the pass and fail numbers before the test.

  2. 02

    Script the real path

Automate the clicks, the APIs, and the data. Correlation and parameterization are drafted by tooling and checked by an engineer.

  3. 03

    Load it

Run expected, peak, and a long soak. Include the integrations, because that is where these platforms usually slow down.

  4. 04

    Diagnose

Platform logs, APM, and the database show which fix is worth doing. We change it, run the test again, and report the new number.

Questions we hear

Do you test Salesforce, Oracle, and ServiceNow on one engagement?

When they are part of the same business process, yes. Most engagements start with the one platform that is slow or about to be upgraded.

Is this the same as SAP testing?

No. SAP ECC and S/4HANA have their own practice. This one covers Salesforce, Oracle applications, and ServiceNow.

Can you work with a release that is already in flight?

Yes. We start from the process that is at risk and the date it has to be ready, then test what that date actually depends on.

Tell us which ERP release is next. We will tell you what to test first.

Tell us about your landscape. We reply within one business day with an honest assessment.
