Talent Management
Engineers at your site, for the parts of the work that need to be there.
Onshore means our engineers work at your location for discovery, cutover, hypercare, or a regulated site that remote access cannot cover.
Some work has to happen next to your team: a workshop to agree the workload, a go-live weekend, or a system that cannot be reached from outside. We send engineers for that window.
We do not keep an office in the US. Onshore for a US client means engineers traveling to you for an agreed period. For a client in India, it means working at your site.
When it fits
- Discovery and the first baseline, when the process is still being named
- Go-live, cutover, and the first days after
- A site or a system that remote access is not allowed to reach
How it runs
- 01A defined windowOnsite time is planned: who comes, how long, and what has to be finished before they leave.
- 02The same peopleThe engineer who was on the offshore build is the one who shows up, so context is not re-learned on site.
- 03Then back to BengaluruOnce the window closes, the work returns to the offshore team. You are not paying onsite rates for scripting.
