Talent Management
Where the engineers sit is a choice. Who owns the result is not.
Offshore from Bengaluru, onshore at your site, or a hybrid of the two. The same team stays on the engagement.
- 01OffshoreA dedicated team in Electronics City delivers the engagement. You join for reviews, sign-off, and the hours that overlap your workday.
- 02OnshoreOnshore means our engineers work at your location for discovery, cutover, hypercare, or a regulated site that remote access cannot cover.
- 03HybridMost of the engagement runs offshore. Short onsite visits cover discovery, a design review, go-live, and handover.
Tell us the skill, the duration, and where the work has to happen.
We reply within one business day with how we would staff it.
